These plain-language rules explain how to use Mimic Party, what you can share and what the operator can reasonably promise for a free browser game.

Using the site
You may use the public game for personal, lawful play in a current browser. You do not need an account or a paid subscription. Do not interfere with the service, probe private endpoints, bypass room controls, automate abusive traffic or use the site to distribute malware, harassment or illegal material.
Nicknames and room names
Choose a nickname and room title that do not include a password, contact detail, precise location, slur or another person’s identity. Public leaderboard entries are visible to other visitors. The operator may hide or remove a nickname that is abusive, misleading, personal or otherwise unsuitable for a family-friendly game.
Voice recordings and replays
Normal solo and public-room scoring keeps a short take in the active browser. A private room may offer an explicit, temporary share after a round. You may share only your own take and should do so with people you trust. A shared replay can be heard by active room members, may be recorded by a listener outside the site and expires after the limit described in Privacy.
Audio and other content
Mimic Party’s public reference catalog is described on Audio credits. Do not present the site’s sounds, brand or code as your own or remove an attribution notice. You retain responsibility for material you enter into a nickname, room title or optional private replay.
Free service and changes
The game is provided as available. Browser permissions, network paths, third-party preview URLs and temporary room state can fail, and a room or local progress may not be recoverable. The operator may change a mode, sound, guide, privacy choice or room limit to maintain the site. These terms do not promise a score, rank, prize, availability window or uninterrupted service.
Privacy and young players
Mimic Party is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. Do not enter a child’s personal information. Read the Privacy policy and the children and consent guide before using the microphone or sharing a private replay.
